I just purchased a headlight assembly ( from the boneyard ) and wondered what is the best way to remove the old headlight ? Do I need to remove the front bumper ? Or can I do it by removing Air filter and battery ? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You need to remove the front bumper. Its very easy though and shouldnt take more than 10 min to do first time. You wont have alignment issues putting it back either. It pretty much can only go on one way. Lay a blanket down to help prevent scratching it when taking off.

Is it hard to remove the bulb and ballast from the assembly ? Also, ideas on clearing the blinkers ?
