looks good. how much was the plexiglass and didya cut it yourself or got home depot to do it for you?

 

the Lexan plexiglass is only about $4-6USD I can't remember and no Home Depot doesn't cut it. It is already cut in to 18x14in squares or something like that.

 

How did you get the original glass lens off?

Just carefully break the broken glass piece by piece and remove and be sure the completely remove the old silicon. I tried heavy dutiy silicon but is too messy and not good for water proof. I use this water clear professional expoxy http://www.acurainspired.com/gallery...=777&uuid=112.
