Repainting

Repainting

I am thinking about repainting my car, I can't stand the paint job. What do you guys think, should I do it and where? I could drivve down to Park Ave, should I do that?

Do you mean you cant stand the factory paint job? I would never repaint my car unless I had to. If you got into an accident and got it rapainted at a bad place, then I would consider repainting.

Like car freak said never repaint a car unless you have too. Trust me its not worth 7 times out of 10 they cannot do as well as the factory i know from experience on a 93 ***ima.

Why don't you like about the factory paint? I mean I know it does kinda suck, but... If you want a paint job that's better then that aftermarket... Ho... that's really gonna cost you some $$$

Dont care. I got $3500 burning a hole in my pocket. I was gonna do major mods, but i may end up just repainting the whole ****ING CAR!!!

Addict,

What we're saying is how bad and how noticeable to the common folks is your paint job? If you're determined for this, check with several shops and let them give you their opinion on how much better they can do it. I think you'll find that the reputable ones would say that perhaps it's something that you could just live with for what it's worth...

Well, if you are serious about getting the car repainted... Pick a color that's really different, and find a good shop to do it...
