Talking Removing the stock resonators

How restrictive are the stock resonators? Is it worth while to remove them for more power?

I am thinking about installing two dynomax super turbo mufflers and I was also thinking about getting a resonating tip, is it worth it if I leave the stock resonators on?

I did that before getting my AEM CAI. I think it is worth it. It sounds better as well as a bit of added power from my butt dyno. It also saves some weight as well
