Exhaust or Air Intake Resonator?

Exhuast, you would need to bring it into the muffler shop....they need to do some welding, there is a small coke can size resonator and the bigger one. Removing the bigger one will give you sound.

Intake Resonator, you need to remove the front bumper and remove a couple of bolts. It will be louder at VTEC.

Minimal, in that, you probably wouldn't really be able to tell.

After having my AEM CAI for some time now, I probably should have just removed the resonator and used a K&N replacement filter from the factory one. I could have used the money towards an exhaust instead of a CAI. Oh well.

The sad thing is you probably see more HP from the CAI then Exhaust. So unless you just wanted sound, that's all an exhaust is good for. The stock exhaust is pretty good already. All the dyno of exhaust I seen shows min. gain, like 1-5 HP at peak. Should put the cash toward a header if you want HP.

Yeah, that's what I want more than performance. Unless you're going to the supercharger or N20, simple bolt-ons (intake, headers, etc.) aren't really going to do much for a DAILY DRIVER in Los Angeles (read = traffic sucks) IMHO.
