disconect the battery and wait like 10 min before disconecting the seat harness. (there are air bags in the seat) after that install away!

Move the seat all the way back, locate two bolts at the bottom and unscrew (both bolted to the floor).

Move the seat all the way forward, locate one bolt on the outer side (bolted to the floor), locate other bolt on the inner side (bolted to the side on the center console). For these back bolts, you have remove the plastic covers, which simply pop off.

Then lift up the seat, and unplug the harnesses. There are two on the passenger seat, and three on the driver seat.

And like fsttyms1 said, disconnect battery before unplugging the harnesses. And don't connect the battery until the harnesses are reconnected, otherwise you will get the SRS warning light.
