Smile Removing Catalytic Converter...

Hello There, I'm about to install a headers on my 03 TL and thinking of removing (empty) the stock catalytic converter to gain more flow in my exhaust... On the intake side, I got a cold air intake (AEM) but most of the rest is stock...

I wonder if it would be a good idea in terms of flow/power gain, or just a bad idea that will decrease/debalance my computer and result in a lost of power,,,?

Any feedback would be appreciated

I wouldnt do it unless you have done just about every other mod available and are looking for that last bit of flow/hp. With the stock exhaust the cat really doesnt restrict flow.

High flow cat or your exhaust will smell like rotten eggs and assholes mixed.
