Here is a very easy procedure how to remove the old plastic door locks and install the aluminum door locks:

1) Roll your window all the way down.
2) Leave the door lock in un-lock position (locker in up position)
3) Wrap the plastic door lock with electrical tape or a clean rag and with a pliers get a good grip around the door lock and twist it counter-clockwise to remove it.
4) Gently align the aluminum door lock with the screw and twist it clockwise with your hand.
5) Adjust the height to your preference with your hand.
