Red Blinkers

I can't help but notice all the cars with red blinkers these days. I live in Jersey and am not quite sure of the laws here, but do you think it would be acceptable to use a red bulb with the red/white tail lights? I think it would look pretty nice and eliminate the amber color from the rear of the car. Has anyone tried this? Honestly I'm not even sure they make red blinker bulbs, it was just a thought.

its been like that on my 03TL for a while.. alot of people around here with 02/03 TL's has the red blinkers for the rear and it looks pretty nice. the only thing is, if you do it, you should go with the LED's, it matches the red part better. if they are just regular bulbs, its not as bright and looks very different from the red taillamp color.

The red bulbs blinks pinkish in a clear housing. LED bulbs match the red a lot better, but just make sure you get LED bulbs with LEDS facing sideways in addition to the normal facing forward. It puts light into the housing. Otherwise, if you just get LEDs that face forward, you'll end up with a single red spot during the day, which is hard to see.

good point t0ast. and yeah the regular red bulbs (like i mentioned before) will not look right at all, almost pinkish.. you should look for the led's that point striaght and has extra leds around it.
