Rearview Mirror
I was looking at a few older threads and did a search for others, regarding the rearview mirror not working. I bought my car a few months ago and have never really noticed the mirror dimming. So last night I went out with a flashlight and shined it at the rearview mirror. Nothing that I noticed happened. I tried this with the auto button on and off and nothing happened. I have thought before that the mirror was kind of dark. I do not have aftermarket tint on the windows either. Is this somthing that I should be able to notice a drastic difference with? I am a few 100 miles from 50K and would like to not get stuck buying a new one. I looks like the manufacturer stopped sending this out to people. Let me know!
Thanks

Sounds like you are still under warranty. Call your or any dealership and arrange a replacement. Mine was the same way, dealer installed a new one (even under extended warranty).

yeah, just get a new one...i replaced mine under warranty a while back and it seems that the replacement ones are solid core, not liquid so there shouldnt be any worries about the replacement one going bad
