Post Rear Wing Spoiler Dilema

I want to add a factory style spoiler. I'm torn between buying the OEM and the OEM-Like. What are the major differences between the Acura, the OEM-Like sold here and the Wings West Factory Style. My biggest concern is the quality and what they are made of. Thanks in advance for your input.

I got OEM. I don't think there is a differece. Mine has "acura'' imprinted on the underside, nobody is gonna notice..

Make sure that if you get OEM-like, that it's just as light as the factory spoiler. I got an aftermarket spoiler for less than half the price of the factory spoiler, but it's really, really heavy and now the trunk lid comes down too easy!

I'm trying to get the stiffer torsion bars installed by the dealer now, which will cost me another $100+ (CDN$$). I hope it solves the problem, cause it's probably heavy enough to lop off a limb if it came down by accident on me!

If I had to do it other again (my first "mod"), I would have done more reasearch on it rather than blindly looking at the price. However, I heard the spoiler sold on this site is even lighter than the factory? But again, it doesn't come with the stiffer torsion bars like the ones from Acura, right?

The factory spoiler does not come with stiffer trunk springs. All you need to do is move the spring to the next notch in the trunk hinge. Do a search...someone had the instructions on how to accomplish this.

OEM spoiler has ACURA logo underneath the spoiler.....That's the only difference...
The price is more than $500....(list price $599.00)
It comes in painted..but you're paying too much for just logo that nobody can notice.....
That's my opinion.....

Is the material the same. Besides the obvious missing logo would you be able to tell the difference in a side-by-side.

All the spoilers are same....easy to install....

About the color matching...
I'll say it's easy to match..any bodyshop can do that for you...
Some guys say Pearl White is hard to match, but I think it's all same.. There isn't such a Perfect Match...You just gonna have to put a luck on that....

Another thing to consider is the quality of the LED's if any. When I had my Accord, a friend of mine (with the same car) bought an OEM look-a-like spoiler while I had OEM. He was braggin that he got a longer LED light and got the spoiler for cheaper. Today, a couple of his LED's are burntout and looks nasty. He regrets it now, and it's been only a little over 2 years.

I bought my OEM spoiler for about $380 at the dealer. I originally had them match the price of $430 from a dealer that was selling it on eBay, but when I got the final bill, they sold it to me for $380! I also think this was a way to fish me in since this was my first visit to this dealer, but if they can sell it at that price here....

I tried checking the torsion bar settings, it was already set on the "high" setting rather than normal. So I think I'm going to have to go for the stiffer springs.
I've already had my head bonked once, and that was just because it was a little windy, not on an incline!

Thumbs up Spoiler.......

I bought the one from this site....

Paid 129.00(154.00) with shipping for the unpainted spoiler. Took it to my body shop and had it painted and installed for another 200 bucks...

BTW-The Factory Spoiler from this site is lightweight, so it doesn't need the adjustment to the torsion springs on the trunk like some of the other spoilers due...
