Question Rear window seal leak?

Has anyone had problems with the real window seal? For as long as I can remember on a cold night I'll come out to my tl and have the inside of the window fogged up. My question is can I fix this myself or would a body shop/dealer be the preferable route?

Also I've been having some interesting problems with my rpm idling speed. I'll be stop at a light and it'll dip dangerously close to zero and then pop back up a little or stay there until I accelerate. It isn't consistent but it happens frequently and I just replaced the battery today and I'm having my alternator warrantied and replaced tomorrow or saturday so hopefully that fixes the problem but if anyone has any other ideas or suggestions please let me know.

my windows are fogged up when i get in my car and its really cold outside. all other cars have the same thing on my block, its normal i guess.

try seafoaming your car and cleaning out the intake air control valve.

it take not even a whole 5 min to get it, stop at an auto parts store on your way home from work or to work.

just cause it's fogged up doesn't mean it's leaking (there is condensation/moisture in the car regardless).. if there's not actual water in your car i wouldn't be concerned.. and just run the defroster for an extra min or 2
