rear view mirror broken

rear view mirror broken
The tabs that hold on the rear view mirror broke and now it wont stay in place. 
Do I have to replace just the tabs or does the whole mirror have to be replaced? Thanks for any help.

Mine came loose, and I thought it was broken. I took it to the stealership and they told me there was nothing that could be done. I was playin around one day and took the base and shoved it back towards the ceiling of the car, and it went right back into place and I havn't had a problem with it since.
