Rear Factory Sway bar

I bought my Tl (2002 type S ) last fall from a used car dealer. Acura dealership had just done the latest service on it the day before, so I didnt look to hard at the suspension components beforehand.
I replaced the rear brake pads a couple weeks ago and noticed that on both sides the rear sway bar end-link was broken. I have a subscription to alldatadiy.com and found a TSB on this. Long story short, after arguning with only local Acura dealer over the last few weeks, if i want it fixed I will have to foot the bill. There is a replacement kit as per the TSB, but the dealer wants $300.00 for this.
Is there a better solution?
Thanks

wow, people need to read
replace your ENDLINKS with MOOG ones, $15 each.
Even though this is for a CL, the application guide on www.rockauto.com
I have them on my car and I can tell you, they are way thicker than the ones H/A put on our cars. As well, these do NOT use the stupid hex key to undo, you just need a (14mm i think) to undo them.

Moog
K90340 Front Right
K90341 Front Left
K90342 Rear Right
K90343 Rear Left
Napa has them for $21.49 a piece and I would replace them both so they match.

Installing/swapping endlinks is pretty easy.

That said, buy them yourself from the dealer and install them your self with a set of wrenches and 1hr or less of your time. Like above you can buy better ones for around 30 bucks for the pair or like 40 from the dealer.

Also remember to jack up the entire front end or rear end to prevent that from happening. If you jack up only on side, the sway bar is loaded and can do what happened to you.

It got very difficult to put the brake line bracket back on the strut, so my friend took over and started messing around. I didn't have control at that point.
In my opinion it was worth happening in order to buy these moog for both sides. Especially to get ready for my progress rear sway bar.
Air tools will also aid me next time I get under the car.
