I've had the car for 2 1/2 months now, and I'm hearing a noise I've never heard before. It seems to be coming from the rear dashboard, like it's not bolted down tight or something. Sort of a clicking sound as I go over bumps. Does anyone have any ideas?

I had the same problem you are discribing.

If your dealership is smart they will fix it without asking you to many questions and have puzzled looks "could not reproduce"

I am very happy with my dealership, they fixed my problem without asking me any questions. And the fix worked! They told me other people complained, and they have a fix....

 

What is the fix called, please tell me. My dealer is fairly new and does not know many of the common fixes for rattles. They replaced my rear strut on my new '03 to resolve the rattle, but it seemed the rattle came elsewhere in rear.

 

Here is what my invoice says:

"R&R Rear Seat And Adjusted and Insulated 3rd brake light assembly"

It works great! The dealer event told me that they had few people complaining about this....

I like my dealer!
