rear camber kit for -1.2 camber?

Just got an alignment after a competch spring install. Rear camber is -1.2 on both sides. should i worry about getting a camber kit it fix or is -1.2 not a big deal?

You should be fine. I've put 1,000 miles on my new tires since my CT drop. I JUST checked the tread this evening and they look fine to me.

Just keep your eyes on the tread-depth so you can spot uneven wear if it happens. I have a treadwear warranty on my tires (40,000miles) so I GOTTA keep my tredwear even.

If you need a camber kit, I've seen them sold as low as $63 a side (spc) or you can go to a firestone and have them do it for about $90 a side.

I ms urprised its 1.2 at both rear tires with just a Comptech drop, but not al cars react equally. Anyway at those specs, Id just make sure I did normal tire rotations. By the time the inner treads had worn down, the rest of the tire would most likely be shot anyway. In other words, with regular rotations, I dont think the life of your tire would be changed just because of the drop.

The rear camber specs are -1.0 to 0.0. I just had my alignment done after I had my H&R OE Sport springs on the car for 3 weeks. My rear camber is -0.9 (L) and -0.8 (R) so I'm bumping the minimum rear camber spec.

Since you're just below the minimum, I would just keep an eye on your tire wear and rotate the tires regularly to get maximum wear.

ChillRob, Chill, chill. Sorry, it took me more than 20 minutes to reply to your first post-

This is a local place in the Washington/DC area....

CRW Pr... in Capitol Heights, MD
(301) 808-0050
$63 per rear side. (up to 1.5") SPC# 67125

I thought it was a pretty good price aswell. That'll be the first thing I'd do if I notice the smallest hint of uneven treadwear.
