Your kidding right kris?
Though I have a suspicion I may have the same prob - which gives me reason to upgrade the front calipers to nsx per your suggestion as long as I need a rear set
Place rag on ground- this can get messy
Remove tension from brake hose bolt
remove 2 caliper mounting bolts
remove hose now- cap if possible
New banjo washers for the hose come with the caliper
Install finger tight to caliper and mount caliper to bracket
Tighten hose to spec and recheck caliper bolts
Bleed brakes- do the new one first- then a full normal bleed on all 4 for safety

Hmm If I ~borrow~ the company LearJet, we can do your brakes, then run down to dnd's place (who told him Tampa Fl was a vaction destination anyway?) and fix his car up, then I think 808 needs some help in Hawaii with a radar jammer, and we can drop by my place on the way back on slip in the Teins and you can check out the shine on despers ride
Sounds like fun!

ooops- I forgot to mention
Since its a pain to get any fluid in the caliper before install, the first few sets of pumps should be very short stroke and like 2-3 pumps and open bleeder- get some fluid into the thing before going full on with the movements- that oring needs a little bit of love lube to maintain its integrity

And like everyone else, I'm shocked we got a question from our "God of a Mod". What is this world coming to?

The mid 90s nsx/legend 2 piston calipers are a great improvement over stock calipers on the TL
We are talking about the fronts- which do 70% of the braking force
You just swap them left for right compared to what is says they are for- so the bleeders are in the right place, other than that its bolt on
If you look at the outer part of the caliper it has 2 fingers against the pad to apply pressure
On the other side is 1 big round thing pushing against a flat object- the brake pad- so its pressure is spread over a larger area
With 2 pistons on the inside of the caliper- smaller more direct contact across from the fingers they pull against.
Fsttyms says its good- the Tech at Acura confirms as best bang for buck if you have gone upgraded rotors and pads
Parts stores dont look to see what you brought back as a core anyway

Ok so i changed out the calipers. Went good thanks to all the help and the DIYs and pictures.
The rear pads made a sound that i would best describe as race pads while braking (any one who has heard cold race pads on a race car knows the sound) and now i know why. I dont think many pads would have lasted as long as the green stuff after looking at them. They are completely burnt! I would have to say someone at some point had to have seen a glowing red rotor (which i should probably replace as well) while i was cruising down the hwy.
Bottom is the good pad, top is the fried pad.
look at the pad material. Last time i saw that was a full day at the track. And the pads didnt even look quite that bad and i know the rotors were as hot as they would possibly get. They were fire engine red, and every time i hit the brakes they threw out sparks!!
