is it really unreplaceable????

hey guys,
i was just wondering, i am looking to get the aluminum dash kit for my car ... but i hear that you CANNOT take off the burlwood that comes stock which is next to the gearbox.. the two panels that run along the gear box, next to the radio and all up until the navigation???? if it is replaceable, does anyone have any instructions????

umm if your talking about what i think ur talking about. all u have to do is open the center consol and u will see where the wood begins and just pull it up.

umm dude...yes you can....as tpatel said, just open the center console and pull them off.....hell, mine is already coming off cuz of acura's cheap friggin plastic wood.

The door panel pieces are the ones that are tricky. They are held on with plastic rivets and must be melted/cut off to get those pieces off.

melted or cut off.... hmm... yeah so lets forget about that.. the wood looks fine

i have absoluetly NO patience for anything guys... i rush in everything i do and i do a messy job... i know how to clear my headlights and ive done it before on my accord but im just too damnn lazy to do it on this car
