Random Tech Hi Flo Cat

I wanted to ask if anyone here has the Random Technologies hi-flo cat installed on there acura?

1: Is it the same as for the accord v6 98-01 model # 822008

i just got the obx headers , and i found the cats for 199.25
i would like to get it, so i can have a true breathing air flow system from my cold air intake to the headers to the hi-flow cat and out my magnaflow exhaust!

anyone have these hi-flo cats, and will i expect to get any hp gains?
thanx

I persoanlly think that in our TL's the exhaust resornator is way more restrictive than the CAT. So you might want to remove that to have a true breathing air flow system as you said.

The Random Tech is the top choice in the LS-1 camp for those who decide not to go with test pipes. There has been extensive flow testing with other "High Flow" cats, and the Random Tech came out on top by a pretty good margin. I'm a noob with the Acuras so I can't say how restrictive the stock cat is. If you have emisions testing, you should pass the sniffer with out a problem.
