I recently did some work on my car where I disconnected the battery. Of course it reset some of the components in the dash. The code I have worked for the Navigation but not for the radio. Then I had to get my battery replaced. This time the code wouldn't work for the Navigation either.

Any Suggestions?

There have been some past threads on the radio/navi not taking the code. Try searching for them. Have you tried removing the antenna cable or entering the code in an underground parking garage ? May help !
