Is it an error? Typically you're allowed to enter the wrong code 10 times before it locks you out for an hour... Anyways make sure you enter each digit carefully. Make sure you watch for the flashing letter in "CODE" advances after each indicating a button had been pressed. You just paid $35 for the code right? If it still doesn't work I would call up that dealership and ask the service department to double check it for you....

this is a known issue that needs the antenna cable removed in the back of the head unit before the code being accepted. You can try to press 1 and 6 buttons and turn it on that other members have tried.

1 and 6 gives you the serial# (take out the antenna the enter the code) another dealer said bring it in and its over 100$ to check (crooks)

Have the same problem, need to know where the antenna cable is?
I thought the antenna was built in the rear glass.

thanks in advance

Since I have the navi and 6cd changer, there was no room for me to get my hand in there and turn. Turning was the issue.

I tried 10 times, reset and tried two more

next morning, turned the key first to second position, turned the radio immediately and tried the key and it worked this time.

Thanks
