Radio and Cig. Lighter on 99

On my 99 3.2 TL, neither of the DC powers ports (cig. lighter) nor the radio will work anymore. I can't find the fuse in either fuse box, under the hood or the panal on the driver's side. I searched the owner's manual and the web and can't find an answer. I really think it's the fuse, but i don't know where to replace it. Any suggestions? thanks, massam

Exclamation fuse

I'll try that. it seems quite involved.

does the radio have a fuse?

the diagrams on the fuse boxes don't show where a fuse is or even if it has one.

Search says it's fuse #5 on the driver's side. There is also a fuse panel on the passenger side. Maybe it's over there.
