RaceAppealKits

Are they reliable? I read about another poster who bought a OEM kit from them and it never shipped or responded to his emails, but he got a refund and sent a complaint through Paypal.

http://www.raceappealkits.com/index.php?cPath=1_5_96

I was told that the OEM kit at the dealer will be about 1 grand, thats why I ask about RAK, because they have it listed at $290.

honestly have no idea... but for the front lip i would atleast get the oem for sure cuz its prone to the most dmg and fiberglass will break easily, but if ur on a budget get the skirts and rear seperately... but no idea about the site

i bought the raceappeal rear lip from them. they first said $150 just for the rear lip. I talked them down to $100. I bought it (cash locally), tried test fitting it, it doesn't fit at all, no matter the amount of pulling and stretching the lip, it wouldnt budge. If you are going to buy this kit, you better have a friend who does body work/molding on handy or else i would just steer clear of these fiberglass kits and look into get the right fitting OEM pieces.

Check the BM regularly, people are selling OEM kits around here, just gotta be patient.

Wow rip that kit off immediately.

IMO just hunt down an OEM front lip and sides and get the WW rear.

Get OEM, RA kits dont have the mounting points for the side skirts that oem does. Take your time and search, it took me a year to piece mine together but was worth the wait. Does the kit from the dealer come painted?

of course it does... its ready to put on when you purchase... tough to find a complete kit in one color though... more then likely have to repaint an item or two like i did...

raceappeal rear and sides. The rear had to be sanded and filled in multiple areas to get it to line up correctly.

I think some of you misunderstood my post.

I want an OEM kit, Not the other one that looks like crap. but was wondering if RaceAppeal is a reliable place to buy one. They have the full OEM kit listed at $290, which seems really cheap. Thats why i ask.
