Quick question: OEM Spoiler

Are the OEM spoilers for 99-01 the same as those for 02-03? How much would it cost to get a good paint job to repaint it? NBP if that matters.

Yes 99-03 are the same spoiler. Repainting prices varies, 200-400 for a good paint job.
