quick question front end conversion

hey does anyone know if its like doing the jdm conversion on a integra? i just need to swap the rad support, hood fenders and bumper?

i have a 99 tl and i want to do the 2002-2003 tl conversion

bumper support i think has to be moved but im not positive. Few other things like the washer fluid nozzles and plastic stuff head lights and i think the fender liners too.
