What size of it on TL & TL-S?

Are CL's & TL's use the same throttle body?

What about the Odyssey's one?

TL-S enhancements area 64-mm bore throttle body and a free-flow air filter, intake airflow is improved by 50%. Exhaust flow is increased by 30% thanks to a larger-diameter exhaust pipe, an increased-flow catalytic converter and ultra-high-flow-capacity dual mufflers.

I'd be guessing but maybe the MDX has a larger throttle body.
