Looking at getting a used 2000 or 2001 TL and was wondering what years Acura produced that dark gray/silver color. It's darker than the popular silver, but not black. Anyone know the color name, and the years it was produced?!

Don't know much, but i believe the name of the color is Anthracite metallic and i believe it was first offered in 2002.... but i may be wrong..

you are correct, the color is antracite, and it was not offered until 2002, and in 2003 it was avail as a type S.

Well, there is the Laguna Green color between 1999-2001. It is darker than silver and lighter than the anthracite. Some people can see some "green" in the color, but it pretty much looks metallic gray to me. I really like the color.
