question regarding the Trunk Lid.....
Hey guys,
I have installed dynomat on my trunk lid, and the lid got pretty heavy so it doesnt pop up when I open the trunk.
Does anyone know how to increase the tension in the spring to make it pop-up?
I dont want to lose an eye so if anyone already had experience with that, PLEASE help
Thanx for reading.

Yeah, there are a stronger set of torsion bars for trunk lids equipped with a spoiler.
There are also 2 sets of notches for the torsion bars to sit in. One location makes for a stronger force than the other. I think its the front set of notches, but I'll have to go look in the manual to find out for sure.
There is also a counter weight installed in the trunk lid. Its held on with a couple bolts (its on the edge near the rear window). You could remove this to lighten it up a bit. Not sure if its needed for anything else.
