question on intake mani

ohk well i live locally to P2R, and they sell the power plenums and ported out intake runners, well i was wondering if its possible to to port out the intake manifold its self, cause i took the off the other day to see if its possible and i see that it has some play to be able to port it out some...all advise welcome.

Thx but does anyone know someone personally cause ID like to know the power gains and if it screws up your air fuel ratio?

it will me minimal gains. less then 5hp and torque, wont mess with the air fuel ratio. id get the intake and plenums, ull get more power out of those, but for about twice the price as pnp the intake manifold.

with the right tools you can grind the ports to match the gasket openings- there is often casting material interferring with max flow

its an art form to do, so practice on a junk part first

Well I'm planning on getting the plenums and runner but I also wanted a Lil something more
