I I am about to put on my cleared headligth but I wanted to know what tools I will need to take the bumper apart and the headligth out?

 

(Assuming you have a 2002+ TL)

Bumper removal is a fairly easy process. The bumpers are held on by 4 screws and a bunch of clips. You can find info on taking off the bumper here:

The lights are held together by 3(?) screws each. You'll also need a special torx bit as well. I think it's T20 bit(Security Torx Screwdriving Bit). This is to remove the HID (low beam) from the housing. I bought it from Lowes.
