compch only makes a supercharger for the TLS however the accord V6 SC should work fine, with little to no modifications.

also headers and pulleys will help alot too.

A 5.7 LS1 or LT1 engine should do the trick

You need better cams. These are lift numbers in millimeters.

Code:
Engine: Primary, VTEC, Secondary, Exhaust
J30A1: 34.615, 36.210, 31.188, 36.076
J30A4: 35.041, 36.445, 35.284, 36.326
J32A1: 34.615, 36.272, 31.188, 36.076 (1999 TL)
J32A1: 34.737, 36.445, 34.919, 36.326
J32A2: 34.737, 36.445, 34.919, 36.389 (Type S)
J35A3: 34.737, 36.445, 34.919, 36.326 (2001 MDX)
J35A5: 35.041, 36.445, 35.284, 36.326 (2003 MDX)
Is the VTEC changeover at 3500 RPM on the 1999 TL (like the 97-99 CL 3.0 and 1998-2002 Accord V6)?

This dosen't spound right, 34-36mm lift at cam or at the valve is exotic valve train stuff, I don't think the car would idle, would break springs, wear out valve guilds etc..

The numbers are correct but they are the lobe height (top to other side) and not the lift numbers.

BEIKAY is right that sounds like ferrari's variable valve timing with Ballastic (yes this is a real system deveploed by ferrari) basically the cam lobes hits the valves so hard that they actually lift off the lobes and float, increasing the timing and its flow.....talk about exotic huh?!!!!
