so i was looking in my trunk at the rear deck sub (keep in mind im not an audio tech what so ever) .. anyway i was looking at it and noticed there were 2 wires unplugged and tehn what looked like 2 places to plug these wires in and it was surrounded by a red light... my question is what are these wires and should they be plugged or unplugged... (i decided to plug them in before i took the pic) thanks.

Do you have a rear wing? Looks like your 3rd brake light.

those wires go to the 3rd brake light on the rear deck. If you have a spoiler, those are unplugged so that it doesnt look goofy when you apply the brake and have 2 3rd brakelights on

oh wow im an idiot i didnt even think of that.. thanks guys... i thought it had something to do with the subwoofer since its right by it... sorry for the newbieness (new word!) haha
