I have a 2001 Acura TL and it has the white diamond pearl paint, but if I order the OEM body kit, it only has the taffetta white color...my question is will this match? Does anyone have the white diamond pearl paint and has the taffetta white OEM body kit? Does it match? Please help!

No it doesn't match. Two different colors. Even if you gotten the OEM WDP kit, its hard to match because WDP is a pain in the ass to match.

 

Taffeta White is 2 stage color (Solid white with clearcoat), but White Diamond Pearl is 3 stage (white, pearl & clearcoat). It will look totally different.

 

where are u ordering the kit? i called most places and the taffeta white is discontinued. all they have is the wdp. my friend wanted to get a oem kit for his 2000 taffeta white tl, but since discontinued would have to get it and paint it.

you guys think thell still have the OEM Acura Bodykit for sale in 4-5 years? and in the dark grayish color dunno the real name
