I was wondering how many here in Canada, Ontario especially have retrofitted the Navi system for their 99-03 TL. I know this option wasn't available for Canada, and was wondering what the map coverage is like. I dont want to get the navi if the maps aren't detailed enough.

I thought about doing that to my car (non-navi -> navi conversion) but a couple things came up:
1) DVD-map coverage
2) climate control in Fahrenheit
I didn't want to be a guinea pig to see if it could be done because I don't have the electronics skills that some people on the board have. And I don't have to time to learn those skills right now. It would just be cheaper (and less of a headache) to install an aftermarket navi with Canadian coverage and can be imported into your next car.
