Question about Car Repair
I took my car in today to get an estimate on the damage done to my car, and have been informed that both of my tail lights have to be replaced on top of the other damage....
My question is: Can I get the body shop to order the 02 lights instead of the 99 Model lights??

I will let you know about it...
I am going to let them repair my car a couple of days from now (its going to take 10 days total for my car to be fixed ), and I will ask about the tails then.
I dont see why there would be a problem if both tails are the same price... but there might be a slight difference. Does anyone know

I was planning on putting in the 02 tails in already, but now I have a chance to get them put in without paying for them ...
One of the main resons I was asking is because I thought that someone had talked about this before on Acura-TL, but I could be wrong.

From what I see, there is no problem ordering the 02 tails instead of the 99. The only thing is is that the buld size for the turn signal is different so you will need the 02 wiring harness. I think you should tell them to get the 02 ASAP, so they do not make a mistake and get the 99 tail.
