Question Pulsating instument lights... TSC sensors?

Since day one, the instrument panel lights (everything on the dash; radio, etc) have pulsated with movement of the wheels.

The pulsating is DIRECTLY associated with the front tires rotating.

Even with the car TURNED OFF and in neutral, I can push the car into a position where the lights are dim or the lights are bright.

The only thing I can think of is that it is one of the wheel position sensors on the front tires for the TCS (traction control ). Anyone ever experienced this before?

could be a grounding issue, have the dealer look at it.
