Proper SportShift-ing

Hey All,

Just curious if there was a "proper" or "safe" way of using the SportShift. Can you leave your foot on the gas while shifting without problems? Or is it like a manual, where you temporarily take your foot off of the gas while shifting?

No need to lift off the gas,just hit the shifter. The computer will not allow you to trash the transmission unlike a real manual.
