I pressed these 2 buttons while the car was on and I changed the temperature,how do i put it back to where it was?

been there done that..........i was trying to reset the mant. light after i did my oil change and the temp started changing on me.......i put at 0 but thats because i didn't notice where it was to begin with.........and it seem to work fine.........
