Power Locks wont work when cold

I have being having problems with my power locks specially during the winter when it gets really cold. Early in the morning when I push the button on my remote none of my door will unlock, i hear the popping sound it makes when i unlock them but somehow it gets stuck and wont fully unlock unless i use the key.

Anybody has had this problem? i cant figure out what it is

i have a 99 TL

Thanks

the usual suspects are car battery weak, grounds weak, remote battery weak,
more likely: locks dirty and frozen- protect them with Deep Creep or WD sprayed into key part (have rag under to catch runout) and inside each door where the latch assembly is seen- lube everything

Spray silicone lube can be used (on a rag) on the door, hood and truck rubber seals to prevent them from sticking shut - they ice up bad
a little Teflon type spray does wonders!

Thanks for the replied, will definitely try WD and lube the assembly and hopefully that will do it.
