Possible to jump the heater blower transistor?

I think my transistor is dead. Is it possible to jump it and use the manual fan speed?

without knowing whats wrong dont jump power!
remove the fan motor assembly with its plate
underneath and behind is a power cord that has a known problem of melting its plastic cover and shorting out the wires
replacement/upgraded kit from dealer 20 bucks

When my A/C went out, it wasnt the harness like most peoples, it was my transistor. Just replaced that and now its working good

my harness is fine, it is the transistor because when I jump the transistor's fuse with a screwdriver it runs.
