The pump has ground connection in the trunk right by the pump cover, have you inspected that ground point?

A good shop will have your file in their system and honor their warranty.

What brand of fuel pump are you using? Fuel pump failures on any honda are rare. There are aftermarket fuel pump brands that are ok, but some are pure CRAP. I'm not referring to no name, internet stuff, but a recognized brand.

Im thinking your fuel pressure regulator might be stuck closed killing the pump. You should have it tested when putting a new pump.

The in-tank filter is also called a strainer, screen, or sock. It's the only one on your car. If you don't have a ton of dirt in the tank (usually from a rusted out filler tube), I think you're getting crappy pumps. I took a look at rock auto, and the only ones I would consider are bosch, delphi, or denso.

I'd call it a housing too, based on that picture.
