Angry Is It Possible!?

To Lose 2 Ballast In 2 Weeks?
I Was Putting On Hid Fogs In The Morning And One Side Worked Great! One Side Was Messed Up Already! After That I Washed My Car. So I Get Out Of Work And I Drive Off I Didnt Want To See The Hids In Action Until I Got Somewhere Dark. I Get Off The Car And See The Fogs Loved Them But Then I Notice That My Working Headlight Is Out Tried Flicking Them On And Off Nothing. Im About To Give Up?
Any Reasons Why I Lost The Second One?

The fact that you washed your car, then killed the ballasts means that you've likely got a moisture leak somewhere in the system dumping water onto the ballasts. The number one killer of ballasts is moisture. they get moist, then they arc across, as they are a high output electrical device, then bingo, dead ballasts. Look up my postings, as I suggest when you replace them, you seal the connections with clear silicone caulk. Five bucks worth of silicone saves you a goofy amount of money on replacement. And there's always new OEM ballasts for sale on EBAY.
