I am New to the Site and Still Felling My way around-
The Question I have Is ---How many of You have
An Anthracite Metallic colored TL-S ??????

 

I'm actually still looking into getting a TL, but that is my favourite colour and the one I will choose if I get one. I have seen a few regular TL's around here in that colour, but never a TL-S.

I believe Acura decided to add anthracite to the TL-S for 2003.

My 2003 TL Type-S is Anthracite metallic. I like dark color, but my previous black Jetta was too much pain to take care of. I wax it, it gets dirty next day. Anthracite lasts longer...very very happy about it. I think it is one of better colors for the TL.

 

I have a Anthracite 2003 TL Type-S. I too like the dark color. It really doesn't show the dirt that bad for a dark car.

 

Missed the color when i got my 03 tls. I got ABP and it looks real nice when its clean. Its not too hard to keep it clean.

 

I have the 2002 Anthracite and it is a good colour. Black looks best when its clean, but there rests the problem. Once black gets dirty, which is often, it sucks. The anthracite keeps significantly cleaner looking.

 

I thought the anthracite color is 03 type s exclusive.

 

Nope. It was available on regular TLs before that. You just couldn't get it on a TL-S before '03. I think the only TL-S exclusive color is ABP.

I have one and it looks great. Not to mention, when you have $11,500 worth of damage to the car, the body shop can match it up well. LOL.

 

I have one, but the more and more i think about it, i HARDLY see an Aegean Blue pearl model around. I kinda wish I got that instead, but the Anthracite is a more wholesome color. I just think it's a little too light the more and more I look at it. I still love my car though. But if I get a good deal, i'm still thinking of trading it in for an ABP with Navi. I'll pay the extra money if the deal is right.

I have an 03 TL-S antracite. I love the color, even when it's dirty, which is hardly ever, it still looks clean.

white the bomb elegant and clean, but that charcoal grey is ****ing tight too.
