go with white
Both colours are nice on a Type-S. But if I were to pick a colour besides eternal blue, then ... WHITE is cool. (AKRY may have forgotten to mention that the TYPE-S 'other' exclusive colour is white...)
Hope that helps. And congrats!

Funny guy!!
And by the nice side of town, do you mean where all the crack hoes congregate around your car? Then you would be right!

Those are the only two colors you're considering? Tough, because silver has been the most popular color for cars in general the last few years, so there are a lot of silver vehicles on the road. On the other hand, any car in white looks like a rental car to me. Go for the silver!

I've got White Diamond, and it looks very nice, especially with the ebony interior. You never see swirls or small scratches and it seems to stay clean looking longer. That said, I saw a brand new noble(?) green TLS today, fresh off the lot. It's the first TLS I've seen in my little town, other than mine. That is a beautiful color on this car! If you haven't seen it yet, I would definitely look for it.

ice091298, you have a noble green TL-S? I thought they only came in DEP.
Also, AKRY, is the eternal blue that you stated being exclusive to Canada available on the TL-S? They do have eternal blue in the US, but it's only available on the TL-P.
But about my color choice, I would have easily chosen Anthracite over WDP if it had been available on the TL-S.

Here are the available color combo for TLS in Canada
WDP/Parchment
Eternal Blue/Parchment - Canada ONLY
Naples Gold/Parchment - Canada ONLY
NBP/Ebony
SSM/Ebony
And I agree Athracite looks good with TL!!!

Color choice
I really like white myself.
My wife bought a black Type-S in May. My biggest grip is it scratches so easily. The car is full of scratches everywhere. Her 97 CL in cherry red had great paint but the paint on this car is to easily scratched IMO.
Great car though drives much better than my 2000 ES 300.

Ruski,
I agree, Aegean Blue is one of the nicest color for TLS! I wans going for WDP, which looks very elegant IMO... then later found out that Canadian TLS only comes as WDP/Parchment, and I wanted WDP/Ebony.... however, the more I look at Eternal Blue, the more I like it.....
Here is my preferred/wanted combo...(in order, from most favourite down)
Aegean Blue Pearl/Ebony - N/A in Canada
WDP/Ebony - N/A in Canada
Anthracite/Ebony - N/A on TLS
Eternal Blue/Ebony - N/A

Aegean blue is the best LOOKING color IMO.. I got the silver because it is right behind the blue and isn't as hard to keep looking clean as the blue.
Now, between the silver and white, I would say silver, BUT I will say that I saw a white TL with the kit and all yesterday and it looked TIGHT. Out of all the TL colors, white (and NGM) is by far the rarest. So if getting a color that hardly anyone else has is a big deal to you, get the white, otherwise get the silver.
You won't be disappointed either way.
