Definately blue on blue. Use Folia Tec. Leave the calipers on and just paint them. They come out beautiful!!

i went w/ blue, i think its subtle and doesnt scream LOOK at me! not that that's a bad thing, derrick
I'm thinking about doing gold next time around ... matches the center caps of the Volk rims ... (the calipers are getting chipped by the mechanics when they rotate my tires ...)

My vote's blue for both Aegean and Eternal. Subtle and clean (especially if one is stock, like me...)
The Acura logos would be a nice touch, though. Where could one pick those up?

I'd do complete opposite of most of you.. Instead of painting the calipers a colour, I would paint them to blend in/disappear so that it's the rims that catch your eye - not the caliper. I'd want the wheels to pop out and be 'uninterupted' (by colour).

Do you have rims? Aftermarket Rotors?
I ask because the bright paint will draw attention to the rotors. My opinion is... if you have aftermarket, rims and stock rotors, paint the calipers black ( or match the body colour, in your case blue) so attention isn't taken away from your aftermarket rims. If you have aftermarket rotors (slotted or cross drilled) and stock rims, I would suggest a bright paint like yellow or red to draw attention away from the stock rims and twords the aftermarket rotors.
Now in the case of aftermarket rims and aftermarket rotors, you have to look at your rims and decide if they are the "best feature" of your car, or do they just look good/great.. Basically do you want the attention on the rims or the rims and the rotors.
just my

Depends what you want to do. I did mine black, and its sick cuz it hides the calliper and leaves the attention on the rim.
However, if you want to showoff your calliper, i think bronze would look pretty nice. I actually never thought of that, but someone mentioned it in this thread....nice call.

Oh, its probably easier to just leave it on the car, tape newspaper around it, and just spray it.
I didn't wanna take em off, cuz i didn't wanna accidentally bleed the brake line or something.
I don't think primer is necessary, just sand 'em down decently, and you shouldn't have to worry about anything.

IMO--colored calipers should only be allowed on BBKs...and even than, not in all instances...OEM calipers look pretty ugly....i would only paint black, or MAYBE silver, but even that is unlikely..
edit: when i say colored, i mean colors that really stand out...binhs ^^^ is a nice, clean example...again this is IMO

DONT DO RED on a blue car. Dont people learn. Bloods and crypts dont go together. Its like oil and water. I have seen like a bronze with yellow fogs LOOKS GOOD! umm blue caliper I dont think it will look that good so its a toss up between bronze or black. I think that will look nice. IMO!

Actually, I decided to hold off. My rotors and brakes in general are very rusty (aside form rotor surface of course) I think any colour would just draw attention to an ugly part of the car.
