Polished AEM CAI

Is it available for the TL-S, i dont see it on our site, but wouldnt it be because it is the same thing

No, the TLS takes a different intake.
Injen makes a polished intake for the Type S, AEM does not

Snook........What are the diff colors for Injen and AEM. I am interested in getting one, i am in between a blue or polished one, the only reason i kind of don't like the Injen polished one is because of the Red lettering.

Hope you can help me on this one.

jus ordered my polished AEM today, my cousin got a blue one in his RSX and it sounds HOT

polished CAI looks like chrome. im pretty sure thats the only reason it costs more

well then i'd rather save the money and get a coloured 1 instead. are the CAIs and short rams both 2.75" in diameter?

I think they are both 3" in diameter because that how big the valve is on the engine intake part.

well i have a tl-p and the description of the AEM coloured CAIs quote them as being 2.75" diameter so i guess that'd be the same for polished CAI and the short ram (description for short ram on this site says not for type s) so therefore the tl-p's valve must be .25" smaller?

That is correct...the TL-p's diameter is 2.75" as compared to the TL-S's 3"
