I was wondering how hard would it be to take the A C U R A and the 3.2TL emblems off the trunk? I'm just wondering since a lot of you have the I N S P I R E or 32V instead and I'm thinking about going that route also

Another thing is, does anyone have S A B E R on their trunk?

it is so simple to take off........ i just pealed it off.... but most people use hairdryers to hear the glue and floss or fishing line it off

My friend took his car to the acura service department and had it done for free. Took them less than 5 min to take it off. As for the INSPIRE , 32V or the SABER badge. You can find plenty of them on eBay.

 

i couldnt find any on ebay...so i just ordered the inpsire emblem off of value..........butmy main question is....how do you put on the inspire lettering????????????

 

Removing the badges is not that difficult. On newer cars, it is a much easier task. What you have to do is use a blow dryer and some hot water. Pour the hot water onto the emblem where the glue is making contact with your car and begin using the blow dryer. After a couple of minutes, use fishing line or floss and slowly cut in between the glue. Don't do it between the glue and car because you might scratch your car, just go evenly through the middle of the glue. After the badge is off, use Goo-be-Gone or something like that and wipe down that area. Wash and wax it if you have time.
