is this possible??? i heard someone said they did this to their CL and it worked fine. i kno the correct size for the fogs are 9006, but can u use the M4 (168 type) also??? anyone who has tried this plz lemme kno. his pix acutally looked pretty decent.

i dont think it would be, because the cl uses a different fog light bulb that the TL not 9006, the CL ones are really weak like 8 watts i think and they ones on our cars are more than that like 51 watts. Correct me if im wrong anyone.

please, DO NOT try that...... the "fogs" on the cl's are actaully not fogs.... those are just some low voltage road lamps imho like the turn signals. it's no way strong and i think they are within 10W

the fogs on our tls are the real deal of over 50W. putting a M4 (and i am pretty sure it won't even fit) you will see nothing but a split second of bright light and then a melted bulb right INSIDE the housing

Yep he's right.... I have a CL and those lights you see down there arn't fogs... but useless roadlamps taking up more electrical power... there use 5W bulbs which are used in our interior reading likes.. those small peanut bulbs you know? But many CL owners including myself switch to M6 or Piaa 19224 which are 18W bulbs which are brighter. I don't mind if Acura made a mistake of having them it for the '01 models... but dont' understand why they didn't give CL real fogs for '02 and '03 models... Hope this clears up some facts for you.
