ok. since i've already driven one and loved it, I will post a quickie.

the Acura MDX drive like our TL's with the exception that the center of gravity issue cant be hidden. but in addition to our seating, the MDX has a great amount of space and two extra seats (for the small people)

yes, its and SUV, but it kicks all the others I've driven, which include the Lexus RX300, BMW X5, the Dicovery 2, and the Toyota LandCruiser.

Just think of it as a TL on steroids! =)
