Please take care of your TL...learn from my experience

I have the worse luck!!!! I f$cked up my baby twice and i don't think i will ever get them fixed unless i get into a car accident

1) My car is low!! with teins and a body kit...so when you're parking and there is a concrete barrier...it's better to be farther then closer to it. I accidentally went too much and it pushed my body kit and my bumper up causing the paint to crack and spider web

2) I was changing my oil and i usually just let the hood drop and close...well F$cking A-hole, i forgot to put back the oil cap that i left on top of the engine. Now i have a dent popping up from the hood. and the paint is cracked. So, make sure u have nothing on ur engine before you close your hood, and lower your hood and push on it to lock it, don't drop it!

I did the same exact thing. Luckily when I left the cap on the engine I left it on the left side. Its lowered there a little compared to the center and it left a small dent. Barely noticable and no paint chipping. KNOCK ON WOOD...

For the bumper i don't really know how to "touch-up" paint that part...it will end up looking worse. Since it's plastic...i'll just leave it there for awhile, and if it startes to chip off alot, then i'll put some white primer and clear coat over it. Acura WDP touch up point doesn't even match or work.

As for the hood...i don't know if i have to get the entire thing painted or they can just fix that small part. But i think i will have to put some crappy touch up paint on it.

Dude with a lowered car, back up into concrete barrier parking spaces if you are allowed to. The rear end is way higher than the front, so you should clear it just fine.

About the oil cap dent, just hope I dont ever do that one.

As far as white being harder to take care of than a darker color, thats nuts. ANyone whos owned both knows a color like black shows every little swirl, and every nick shows up as white.

Man, I would cry if I had a nipple like that on my hood. Check out some body shops and see if they can do anything about that nipple for a reasonable price.

I think white is harder to maintain than black. You can see every spec of dirt, scratch, etc on a white colored car. Imagine if that nipple on his hood was on a black colored car. I don't think it would look as bad as it does now.

Not a chance, that would stand out like a sore thumb on a black car since a black cars finish is so reflective like a mirro, you'll see every little ding easily. I have 2 white cars, one black, one ABP, and one forest green car, and the white cars are way way easier to maintain. Small scratches, and swirls just dont show up on them like they do on the darker colors.
